They also share an interest in having clear lines of communication, a sense of fairness, clear expectations, and a sense of common mission to provide the best learning environment for students. All parties also believe that the relationship between PAMA and the District should be a model for how other groups and managers work together. The purpose of this Memorandum of Understanding between PAMA and the District is to provide written documentation of the policies and procedures that guide interactions between the management staff of the District and the Superintendent/Board of Education and their representatives. This document has been developed in an effort to establish and improve communications, to provide for decision-making, to address any conflicts that arise, and to deal with other such relationships as may exist between and among all partie
