This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into on , (“Effective Date”) by and between the Moulton Niguel WATER DISTRICT (“MNWD”) and Smart Energy Systems, Inc., dba Smart Energy Water, a corporation with its principal place of business at 19900 MacArthur Blvd., Suite 370, Irvine, CA 92612 (“Consultant”). MNWD and Consultant are sometimes individually referred to as “Party” and collectively as “Parties” in this Agreement.
