in the city and state, (the "Tour Date"). At the Tour Date, Photographer shall only be permitted to take photographs during the first three (3) songs of Artist’s set at the Tour Date and shall only be permitted to take video footage for ninety seconds (:90) of the first three (3) songs of Artist’s set at the Tour Date.
