Licensed Content The Licensor will make the modules of Licensed Content specified in Schedule 1 available to the Licensee and to its Authorised Users as a web-based, hosted service on the attached terms and conditions. Effective Date The date from which the Licensed Content will be made available to the Licensee and its Authorised Users is Period of Agreement This Agreement will come into force on the Effective Date and continue for an initial period of 12 months, subject to renewal in accordance with clause 2 of the attached Terms and Conditions. Fees The fees payable by the Licensor are set out in Schedule 2.
