THIS AGREEMENT is made between RHB ISLAMIC BANK BERHAD (680329-V) (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”), a licensed bank incorporated in and under the laws of Malaysia and having its registered office at Level 10, Tower One, RHB Centre, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the Cardholder/Company WHEREAS the Companyhas requested and the Bank has at the request of the Company agreed to issue to the Cardholder/Company the Card and allow the Cardholder/Company to use the Card upon the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement. The signature on and/or use of the Card shall constitute acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions as contained in this Agreement.
