The purpose of this Agreement is to provide orderly collective bargaining relations between the Employer and its employees covered by this Agreement through the Union to secure prompt and fair disposition of grievances, to secure the efficient operations of the Employer’s business without interruption or interfer- ence with work and to provide fair wages, hours, and working conditions for the employees. It is by this agreement to be the duty of the Employer, the Union and the employees to cooperate fully, individually and collectively for the advancement of the said conditions.
