provision of Hardware, Traka Web and Installation Services from ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions AB (trading as Traka Nordic) (“ASSA ABLOY”) and the customer named in the Agreement (“Customer”). Support services are subject to the execution of a separate support agreement. Each of ASSA ABLOY and Customer shall also be referred to as a “Party” or, in the collective, the “Parties.”
