This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Nebraska Printing Center, 2145 N. Cotner Blvd., Lincoln, NE 68505 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln- Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated September 26, 2017 executed under City Directorial Order No. 17855, and County Contract C-17-0767, dated September 26, 2017, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on October 10, 2017, for Annual Supply - Envelope Supply and Printing, Bid No. 17-247, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
