This Agreement is made this 12th day of February,Professional Services • May 11th, 2007
Unless otherwise stated, the provisions of this Agreement shall be ef- fective the date of signing and shall remain in full force and effect until the thirty-first day of July 2009; or until a new Agreement is reached in accordance the Teachers Collective Bargaining Act for the Province of Nova Scotia, or this Agreement is amended by mutual consent of the parties.
