The above-named musician will perform as an independently contracted member of the Southern Indiana Wind Ensemble (SIWE) in concerts to be presented on the dates listed below. Participation is subject to the terms of the SIWE personnel policies (see page 2). All rehearsals will be from 2:00-4:00 p.m. in the Tri-North Middle School band room unless noted below.
