The City of Philadelphia (“City”) and the Mid-Atlantic Federal Partners for the Environment (“MAFPE”) hereby agree to work cooperatively within the framework of this Memorandum of Agreement (“MOA”) to promote smart growth and sustainable development in bringing about a vibrant urban economy and a revitalized residential landscape within the City.
