WHEREAS, CPSG, LLC shall furnish to ( Prospective Buyer/Broker), certain confidential and propriety information relating to the affairs of the properties commonly known as the 10646 W. Central, 550 N. Webb Road and 1855 S. Rock Road, Wichita, KS, solely for the purpose of using such information and property, and features thereof, only in the performance and for the purpose of “evaluation for acquisition”.
