This Developer Repayment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into on the date last herein written by and between DENTON COUNTY FRESH WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT NO. 1-E, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, operating under the provisions of Article XVI, Section 59 and Article III, Section 52 of the Constitution of the State of Texas (the ''District"), and CASTLE HILLS HOLDING CORPORATION, a Texas corporation (the "Developer").
