This Letter of Agreement “Agreement”), effective as of the 1st day of October, 2020, shall serve as the Agreement between Medical Transportation Management, Inc., (“MTM”), and Jackson County Government dba Jackson County Ambulance Service, a (“Provider”). The Provider’s services pursuant to this Agreement shall be provided to MTM on an “as needed” basis to MTM.
