The purpose of this workplan is to describe the tasks necessary to implement the project(s) identified in the City’s proposal submitted in the Fiscal Year 2023 competition for Brownfields cleanup grants. The workplan is consistent with the outline below; however, the City may modify as appropriate to fit the activities identified in its proposal. The proposed project and budget period allowable under this agreement will be between from July 1, 2023, to September 30, 2027; although, the city intends to complete the project prior to the project end date.
