Unless otherwise provided by Policies and Procedures of specific country, the Middle-East and North Africa Policies and Procedures (the “MENA Policies & Procedures”) are effective and binding upon Distributors of Unicity who register with Unicity in Middle-East and North Africa regions country (which, together with its current parent company, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns, are collectively referred to herein as “Unicity”) as of January 1st, 2022.
