THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between Fort Bend County, acting by and through its Commissioners Court, (“County”), a body corporate and politic under the laws of the State of Texas, and Fort Bend Seniors, Meals on Wheels & Much, Much More, a non-profit, Texas organization, (“Contractor”) to perform services and provide meals to senior residents of Fort Bend County, Texas at a location within Fort Bend County.
