The Agreement shall become effective on May 11, 2017, and shall remain in full force and effect until and including February 28, 2020, and thereafter from year to year unless within the thirty (30) calendar day period immediately preceding December 31, 2019, or any anniversary thereafter, written notice of modification or termination is given by either the University or the union to the other party.
