This Contract is entered into between the Board of County Commissioners, Park County, Colo- rado on behalf of the Park County Sheriff’s Office (“Agency”) and Turn Key Health Clinics, LLC (“Contractor”). The purpose of this Contract is to contract for the Healthcare Personnel and Administration at the Park County Jail in Fairplay, Colorado (herein called the “Facility”) under the terms and conditions detailed in the Contract.
