THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of October, 2016, by and between the CITIES OF COCOA, COCOA BEACH, ROCKLEDGE, AND SATELLITE BEACH, each of which is a Florida municipal corporation (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Parties”).
