This Agreement is the contract of deposit which covers your and our rights and responsibilities concerning Membership and Account(s) offered to you. In this Agreement, the words “you” and “yours” mean those who sign the Membership Application. The words “we”, “us”, and “our” mean the Aurora Federal Credit Union (“Credit Union”). The word “account” means any one or more share accounts you have with the Credit Union. The classification and form of ownership of your accounts are designated on your Membership Application. By signing the Membership Application or completing and transmitting an online Membership Application that is a part of the Agreement, each of you, jointly and severally, agree to the terms and conditions in this Agreement, including the Funds Availability Policy, Electronic Funds Transfer Agreement, the Truth-in-Savings Disclosures (Rate and Fee Schedule), and the Privacy Policy accompanying this Agreement, any account receipt, the Credit Union’s bylaws and policies, and
