Individual Trainee Agreement This is your Individual Trainee Agreement or ITA. It sets out what you are aiming to achieve on your traineeship programme. The ITA also gives details of progress reviews and shows the estimated date that you will complete your training. The ITA also lists the names of some of the people in your salon and at your academy who will help you achieve your objectives. The traineeship programme is supported by the UK government through the Skills Funding Agency and is governed by the rules of the traineeships programme.
