This Agreement (“Agreement”) for design, purchasing and project management services on the project (“Project”) contemplated herein is entered into by and between the designer, Art Home Garden (“AHG”), a New York limited liability company and the client Adam Greenberg and Ellen Ching (“Client”) located at 44 Tisdale Rd. Scarsdale, NY 10583, collectively the parties (“Parties”).
