The Agreement will enter into force for Albania on 27 October 2006 in accordance with its article4 (2) which reads as follows: "For each State ratifying, or acceding to, this Agreement after the deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification or accession, the Agreement shall enter into force twelve months after the date of deposit by such State of its instrument of ratification or accession."
