Background: As Council may recall, the four cities (Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Rockledge, and Satellite Beach) have entered into an Interlocal Agreement, which outlined the operation of two health clinics, as well as the responsibilities for each city. The utilization of the Health Clinic can reduce health care costs for both the City and the employees. The next step is to seek Council’s approval of the attached Employee Health Center Services Agreement withCareATC as the provider of said services at the Health Clinic.
