DEFINITIONS. In this Agreement, "BLOCK", “BLOCK Gym” or “The Club” refers to Cheriton Group Melville Ltd, T/A Block Gym at Melville Building, Royal William Yard, Plymouth, PL1 3RP, a company registered in England and Wales (registration number 13082362), whose registered office is Pynes Hill Business Centre, Pynes Hill, Exeter, Devon, United Kingdom, EX2 5JL. "I" means the person whose name appears on the Membership Agreement.
