This agreement shall be effective as of the commencement of the 2019-2020 school year. If either party desires to amend this agreement for the 2020-2021 school year, such party shall give written notice to the other party no sooner than January 20, 2020 , and no later than February 15, 2020. In the event such notice is given, the party giving such notice shall submit its written proposal(s) to the other party within twenty-one (21) calendar days thereafter (SY16). After receipt of the proposal(s), the other party shall submit its proposal(s), if any, within twenty-one
