Square Productions, Inc., a New York State Corporation with offices at 226 West 47th Street, Suite 900, New York, NY 10036, PJ Theatrical Productions LLC, a New York State Limited Liability Company with offices at 6 Linda Lane, Plainview, NY 11803, as Managing Members (sometimes referred to as “Manager”, or “Producer”) of HAPPY TUNE PRODUCTIONS, LLC (the "Company"), and such parties who from time to time execute this Agreement as Members.
