This Client Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Seikum, a legal entity with its registered address at Avenida Doctor Fedriani 33 Local 2, Sevilla, 410 9, Spain (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), and any individual (except for stateless persons; individuals under 18 years of age; and citizens of countries in which the service is not offered by the Company) (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"), for the provision of Trader’s Room and trading platform operations services. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the Company and the Client.
