This payment in lieu of tax agreement (“PILOT Agreement”) is entered into on the day of February 2020 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Berlin (“the City”), a city organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Hampshire, and North Country Growers, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, licensed to do business in New Hampshire and having an address of c/o American Ag Energy, Inc., One Boston Place, Suite 2600, Boston, MA 02108, including its successors and assigns, (collectively “North Country Growers”).
