The California Independent System Operator Corporation (“ISO”) submits for Commission filing and acceptance an agreement for a pilot pseudo-tie of El Dorado Energy, LLC’s (“EDE”) Copper Mountain Solar 1 generating facility to the ISO balancing authority area.1 This agreement, called the Pseudo Participating Generator Agreement ("Pseudo PGA”), is similar to a pilot pseudo-tie agreement that the ISO has submitted and the Commission has accepted once previously. This Pseudo PGA is designated as ISO Original Service Agreement No.1433.
