(''Licensor''), a Virginia corporation having principal offices at 436 McLaws Circle, Williamsburg, Virginia 23185, and the undersigned customer (''Licensee'') determines the rights and licenses granted to Licensee in the Licensed Software (hereinafter defined) supplied by the Licensor.
