This Agreement starts as of the “Commencement Date” on Attachment B and lasts for twelve (12) months, (the “Initial Term”). HHS reserves the right to adjust prices upward or downward upon renewal of this Agreement for any Renewal Terms. In the event of any price adjustments, Customer will be notified 60 (sixty) days prior to the Renewal Term. The agreement must be renewed within 60 (sixty) days of the expiration date to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service.
