This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a valid and binding agreement between Intelligent Software, SIA, (together with its affiliates, successors and assigns "Supplier") and you ("you", "your" or "Person") for the use of the Supplier Software, as the term is defined below. You must enter into this agreement in order to install and use Supplier Software.
