An AGREEMENT made on the 28th November 2011 between WEST YORKSHIRE POLICE AUTHORITY of Laburnum Road Wakefield West Yorkshire WF1 3QP (herein after called “the Authority”) acting on behalf of all forces in the Yorkshire and Humber Region of the one part and APPLIED LANGUAGE SOLUTIONS of Riverside Court, Huddersfield Road, Delph, Oldham, OL3 5FZ (hereinafter called “the Contractor”) of the other part. Whereas the Contractor is desirous that Services should be provided to The four Police Forces in the Yorkshire and Humber Region under the terms and conditions of the Ministry of Justices Framework Agreement dated 19th August 2011 upon Contract signature The agreement is to start on 28th November 2011.
