This Emergency Energy Transactions Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on the 22 day of November, 2021 by and between Public Service Company of Colorado (“PSCo”), a Colorado corporation, and Southwest Power Pool, Inc. (“SPP”), an Arkansas non-profit corporation. PSCo and SPP may be hereinafter referred to in this Agreement individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
