THIS AGREEMENT IS BETWEEN YOU AND THE DELL ENTITY (“DELL” OR “OUR”) AS SPECIFIED IN THE AFOREMENTIONED AGREEMENT OR DELL’S INVOICE. ALL CAPITALIZED TERMS NOT DEFINED HEREIN SHALL HAVE THE MEANING SPECIFIED IN THE AFOREMENTIONED AGREEMENT OR DELL’S STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
