This LICENSE AGREEMENT (hereinafter "License") is executed this 23rd day of April, 2018 by and between the TOWN OF ACTON, acting by and through its Board of Selectmen (the "Town") with an address of Town Hall, 472 Main Street, Acton, MA 01720 and Acton-Boxborough Farmers Market, with an address of 109 Concord Road, Acton, MA 01720 (hereinafter "LICENSEE").
