Agreement for Space — This application is subject to written notice of acceptance by United Methodist Camp and Retreat Ministries (UMCRM) and when so accepted and upon the full payment of rental charges shall constitute an Agreement. The Exhibitor acknowledges that a duly authorized representative of the Exhibitor has read, understands, and agrees to be bound by the Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions provided herewith and incorporated by reference herein. UMCRM is not responsible for the claims made by its Exhibitors and reserves the right to reject any request to exhibit at its national conference at its discretion for any or no reason.
