This Residential Lease Agreement (hereinafter “Lease”) is entered into this 1st day of April, 2014, by and between the Lessor: PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SERVICES OF COLUMBIA, LLC, (hereinafter referred to as “Landlord”), and the Lessee(s): Luke and Jacqueline Watson.
