The United States Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, located at 10300 Baltimore Ave., Bldg. 003, Beltsville, MD 20705-2325 (hereinafter referred to as "USDA-ARS"), enters into this Agreement in accordance with 7 U.S.C. § 3318(b).
