10,316,723,185 Shares (assuming the conversion rights under the 2016 Placing CN are fully exercised on or before the Record Date (as defined herein below)) but otherwise no new Share being issued or repurchased by the Company on or before the Record Date (as defined herein below) for subscription by the Qualifying Shareholders (as defined herein below) by way of the Rights Issue (as defined herein below) on the basis of five (5) Shares for every one (1) Share held on the Record Date (as defined herein below) at the Subscription Price (as defined herein below) of HK$0.088 per Rights Share payable in full on application or otherwise on the terms and subject to the conditions set out in this Agreement and the Prospectus Documents (as defined herein below).
