The City of Fort Collins has requested J-U-B to look at traffic calming option at the intersection of Olive Street & Loomis Avenue. Under task #1, J-U-B will first analyze three traffic calming options and supply the City with pros and cons. If the City decides to proceed with a traffic calming option, J-U-B will fulfil tasks 2-4 of our scope. This intersection is locations are within the city’s Old Town Basin floodplain, and will require coordination in this regard. Specific scope items are covered below.
