DISCUSSION: NCS Pearson, Inc. is the producer of SuccessMaker Full Curriculum (Reading and Math Grades K-8) student instructional software. NCS Pearson’s proposal cost of $58,891.25 includes 390 Site Licenses, 175 WriteToLearn student subscriptions, 3 days of on-site training, software integration services, and twelve (12) months of software support and maintenance with direct response. Funding for this purchase will be from Title 1 grants. Purchase will be made in two payments; the first payment of $29,445.63 will come from fiscal year 2014 funds, the second payment of $29,445.62 will come from fiscal year 2015 funds. CONTRACT TERM: The initial contract term shall commence February 12, 2014 and continue until February 11, 2015. RECOMMENDATION: It is the recommendation of Jane Cline, Central Area Superintendent, and Terri Moeller, Principal Golfview Elementary, and Staff, to approve the attached agreement for SuccessMaker Full Curriculum (Reading and Math Grades K-8) and WriteToL
