This Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) for the Charbonneau Lift Station Rehabilitation Project (“Project”) is made and entered into on this day of 2021 (“Effective Date”) by and between the City of Wilsonville, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon (hereinafter referred to as the “City”), and Murraysmith, Inc. an Oregon corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Consultant”).
