This Participant/Subscriber Agreement for IDX/VOW Services (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into by and WNC Regional MLS (dba as NORTH CAROLINA MOUNTAINS MLS, LLC or NCMMLS) a North Carolina limited liability company (the “MLS”); the real estate brokerage firm participating in NCMMLS as identified on the signature page of this Agreement and electronically executing this Agreement (“Firm”); and the non-principal brokers, if any, affiliated with a brokerage firm participating in NCMMLS as identified on the signature page of this Agreement and electronically executing this Agreement (“Non-Principal Broker Party”).
