In consideration of Reading Anthracite Company (“RAC”), Selkirk Enterprises LLC (“Selkirk”), and Famous Reading Outdoors, LLC (“FRO”) granting access to certain lands owned by RAC, owned by Selkirk and/or managed by FRO to the undersigned and Reading Off Road Riders on October 11, 2020 for the event known as “RORR Dual Sport” (“Event”) and for my entry onto certain lands owned by RAC, owned by Selkirk, and/or managed by FRO for the sole purpose of the undersigned to participate in the Event and intending to be legally bound, I, the undersigned for myself and my heirs, personal representatives, successor, and assigns, agree as follows:
