In consideration of the services to be rendered by Hall Associates, Inc. to Client, Client hereby grants to Hall Associates, Inc. an exclusive right to represent Client in the purchase or lease of real property (the “Project”). Hall’s sole fiduciary and loyalty shall be to Client, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the parties. This exclusive right to represent and the terms and conditions contained herein shall be limited to the Project as defined herein.
