It has come to the Court's attention that private court-appointed counsel approved to be on the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court's Registry have not provided the Justice Administrative Commission (JAC) with a 2010/2011 Attorney Agreement. This Agreement is required by the JAC to process payment for court-appointed cases after July 1, 2010. The JAC has informed the Court that it is not authorized to make payments for cases appointed to court-appointed counsel after 7/1/10 unless an attorney has executed the 2010/2011 Agreement.
