This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding contract between you; and Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota, Inc., d/b/a NorthstarMLS and NorthstarMLS.com (“RMLS”); and the broker or agent that provided you with access to the Licensed Site (“Subscriber”). (Collectively, RMLS and Subscriber are the “Licensors.”)
